This Cancellation and Refund Policy governs the terms for cancelling a booked appointment and refunding payments for services and gift vouchers purchased through www.jasminedrop.com.


2. Booking an Appointment

Booking an appointment through the website does not require advance payment.

The client may cancel a booked appointment free of charge up to 24 hours in advance via:

  • Phone
  • Contact form

In case of late cancellation or no-show, Jasmine Drop reserves the right to limit future bookings or require advance payment.


3. Purchasing a Gift Voucher

When purchasing a gift voucher through the website, online prepayment is required.

After successful payment, the client receives a confirmation by email.

The gift voucher can be used within the specified validity period.


4. Refunds for Gift Vouchers

A refund for a purchased gift voucher is possible in the following cases:

  • Technical payment error
  • Double payment
  • Inability to provide the service

A refund request can be made within 14 days from the purchase date if the voucher has not been used.

After this period or if the voucher has been used, refunds are not provided.


5. Cancellation by Jasmine Drop

Jasmine Drop reserves the right to cancel a booked appointment due to extraordinary circumstances or inability to provide the service.

In such cases, the client is entitled to:

  • Reschedule the appointment, or
  • Extend the validity of the voucher

6. Refund Method

For approved refunds, the amount will be returned using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Refund processing time: up to 7 business days.
